- Decorative Copper Wire Overlays
Elevate your designs by adding delicate, structural, and decorative line work on top of your glass. Master the technique of manipulating and soldering copper wire to add intricate details, depth, and dimension to your pieces.
- The Art of Repair
Accidents happen, but a broken piece shouldn’t mean starting over. Learn the exact step-by-step process to safely remove, recut, and replace cracked or broken glass within an existing panel without compromising the surrounding structure.
- Professional Framing (Zinc & Lead)
Give your artwork the finished look and structural support it deserves. You’ll get hands-on experience framing your panels using rigid zinc and traditional lead came, mastering clean mitered corners and secure joints.
- Custom Hooks & Secure Placement

Class Details:
Prerequisite: This is an upper-level course. Students should have a solid foundation in glass cutting, foiling, and basic soldering. Come prepared to elevate your craft and add professional-grade skills to your studio repertoire!

Scheduling
The course runs for 3 weeks, with 3-hour sessions each week.
- Standard Sessions: We hold classes on Saturday mornings and select weekdays.
- Flexible Options: If your schedule requires it, we are happy to arrange evening sessions if we can schedule 2 people.
- Studio Protocol: Closed toe and heel shoes must be always worn (no fabric shoes) and long hair must be pulled back.
